Windows 10: Need to completely reset my hardware keyboard after connecting and reconfiguring to an...

After connecting to an Apple Keyboard and using custom Languages to bind the keys as much as possible, I found out that some of my keys on the actual laptop don't work, like the volume and media keys, and pressing the Windows button just refreshes the page.


I've done the standard reset by adding a new language, shifting it as the default one and then switching back, but my keyboard still has the aforementioned problems.


Is there a definite way to completely reset your keyboard completely? As in, back to a Factory State without affecting my files?

drivers are outdated, TCP/IP
needs to be reset/reconfigure, or the issue is within your internet connection itself. We suggest that you perform these

To run the troubleshooter, follow these steps:

As you have installed the latest drivers for the keyboard and are still facing the issue, I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the Search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All in the left navigation pane.
• Click on Hardware and Devices and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.

Also, suggest you to unplug and plug the keyboard and check if the issue is with the keyboard connection.
