Windows 10: Need to disable Windows 11 Start Menu Auto Launch for user first time logged in

Hi All,We are working on windows 11 rollout using SCCM task sequence and wanted to suppress windows 11 start Menu auto Launch when user first time logging in.please help is there any GPO / Registry changes can help to suppress ?Thanks,Madhu Sunke

I'll word my suggestion better
From the Start Menu I want the same Log off/sleep/ switch user drop down menu except I want an additional drop down menu for switch users which will list the USER Desktop you want to go to instead of clicking switch USER then going to the USER selection screen then selecting the USER

However you may, customize the Start menu tiles. Follow the below steps:

• Type Settings on the search bar and select
  Settings.

Personalization and choose Start.

Here you will be able to customize the Start screen as you wish.
