Windows 10: Need to download specific Windows Build 21390

Discus and support Need to download specific Windows Build 21390 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I need to use cuda on WSL, so I had to enroll into Windows Insider program to download windows build 21332+.     Need to download specific Windows Build 21390


    I need to use cuda on WSL, so I had to enroll into Windows Insider program to download windows build 21332+. But right now only Windows 11 preview Build 22000 could be installed and this version is completely broken because of infinite restarting explorer.exe issue. Is there any way around to install working build with cuda on wsl support?

    Download speeds on windows 10 are 10% of what i get on xbox one
