Windows 10: need to know how to fix this blue screen

i dont talk in english, so this may have some errors so, when im making video-calls on my gmail, i need to turn off the camera i dont like to show my face, but when i turn off the camera, my pc crashes.

sometimes it doesnt crash but, yesterday, when it happened, my wifi dissapeared, it didnt recognize the wifi hardware, and today it came back like if it was magic.

however thats not the point, i just want to avoid that error to prevent more dissasters that may ocurr later.
