Windows 10: Need to press win button 3 time for it to respond

I need to press the Windows button 3 times for it to be responsive. I can hear the click voice as I have enabled so it's certain that I am pressing it and it is being recorded but it displays on 3rd try. Also, my "w" button randomly stops working. Please help.

A recent change in the configuration of your device can be one of the factors why this issue occurs.
To isolate your concern, we suggest that you perform the following steps to trigger
safe mode through the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) option and create a new user account. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Improper shutdown process
  • Turn on your computer. When the Windows logo is visible, unplug the power source of your computer. Perform this step three times.
  • On the fourth time that you turn on your computer, just simply wait for the
    Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) window to appear.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click
  Restart.
• Once your computer restarts, you will see a list of options. Press the
  F4 key to start your computer in safe mode.

Once you were able to access safe mode, we suggest that you follow the steps provided on this

Can't press 3 Buttons at the same time

Hi there, so I bought a HP Pavilion for gaming and I realised that I cannot press 3 buttons at the same time. I can only press 2. Or when I press 1 button and try moving my cursor while holding the button it won't work. Is there any fix to this? I don't
want to use another keyboard or mouse. I don't know if I put it into the right category.

Have you tried updating your device after running the Windows Update Troubleshooter?

Another solution we suggest is to manually reset the Windows Store cache through Command Prompt. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to open the run command box.
• Type WSReset, then try launching Store and sign in. Check if the download button shows up.
  

Also, kindly make sure that your device's Date & time settings is appropriate. To do so, kindly perform the following steps:

• Click Start, then Settings.
