Windows 10: Need to reactivate windows every 24 hours

I have tried 8 times to contact customer support. 8 times I get disconnected.

Furthermore, they don't seem to understand, no matter how many times or ways I explain it, the problem.

It is a very simple problem.

Every 24 hours I get the message on desktop to activate windows.

I go to activation / troubleshooter, it activates windows.

1-2 days later, the whole process starts over again.

Support is a joke, so I hope the community has a line on the problem.

Windows 10. 12 to 24 hours

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

To change the time format from 12 hour to 24 hour in Windows 10.

Follow the steps:

• Navigate to Control panel.
• In the category view of the control panel, click on the
  ‘Change date, time, or number formats’.
• Change the short time to HH:mm from the drop down.
• Press Apply to make the changes.
• Now your time format will change to 24 hour format.

Many thanks & it has worked for the time setting on the task bar but the time that appears on the desktop when the laptop is switched on ie. before you activate your pin access, still remains in 12 hour format.
