Windows 10: Need to remove the salutation/title in legal name from my certification profile

Hello,I am schedule to take a certification exam. My confirmation email shows a salutation that is incorrect. How can I correct the salutation? Thanks.

I've incorrect legal name in Microsoft Certification Profile. I'm concerned I will not be allowed to attend certification exams if my name does not exactly match my ID. Could you please assist me to update my name from A E to Amali Pushpam Edward Paulraj
