    Need to reset Windows, not accepting password


    I have a maybe 3 year old Lenovo laptop. I don't use it often but trying to. When I turned it on, it told me it was "uninstalling changes.". Then I got a black screen, windows never booting upI don't really have anything but a Google drive link and Outlook email on the laptop. Trying to fix the boot up issue, it finally gave me a troubleshooting screen. I'm trying to reset or system restore the PC. I don't care about saving anything because I don't have anything there I can't access elsewhere. It won't accept my password. I went to the password reset on my phone, reset the password, and t
