Windows 10: Need to restrain microsoft store in administrator account

I use an administrator account right now.

I seek a way to block or disable or protect by password, or restrain in ANY way the microsoft store, even the free apps.

Is there a way, or anything I can do to block people from installing new microsoft store apps.

If required I will begin to block ports, buy I would prefer softer methods.

I also try to not setup "child" accounts if it can be avoided ; I want to keep it simple.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

• Under User Accounts, click Change account type.

It's quite easy in fact, simply switch the account in question first to a local account, then switch back to a Microsoft account, this time using your wife's MS account credentials.

Notice that before doing this you need to remove the new additional MS account on the PC, the one you created with her credentials. Windows allows only one user account for each email address, if the new account exists you cannot switch the original administrator account to an MS account using the same email address.
