Windows 10: Need Windows 10 Alert App for Specific Emails

I'd like a Windows 10 app that sends an audio alert only for specific inbox email addresses or subject title keywords. I'd like all other friendly emails to go to my Windows 10 Mail inbox as usual but without an audio alert. Does such an app exist? Thanks.

Email alert on program failure

Is their a program I can run or some built in windows server (2012) mechanism to send an email alert to me when a program is no longer detected as running?

Try these steps:

To turn on and turn off email notifications, follow these steps:

• From the Start screen, touch the screen and slide left.
• Scroll to and tap Settings.
• Tap ringtones+sounds.
• Tap manage app sounds.
• Tap the email account.
• Tap the Notification sound field.
• Select the desired alert option.
