Windows 10: Need your support to activate my copy of windows.

My windows 11 is behaving inappropriately and all the time I try to trouble shoot the problem it prompts me for Active Windows. I am using my laptop Intel Core i7 ID QQ31616940. I have purchased the new machine in 2023. Please guide how I can resolve the issue. As the system is asking me for the new product code/Serial. Sonia Javed
