Windows 10: Needing Admin permission to save to a location

I want to save a downloaded file to a folder on my Windows 10 PC but it says I can't without the Administrator's permission. However, it offers an alternative location that I don't want to use.


I'm the only user and apparently switched something on that I can't find out how to undo.


Any suggestions on how I can save a downloaded file to anywhere I want on my PC?

Thanks, these are the images from the advanced tab and I've blocked out the email, so all four are now here.

 

You dont have permission to save in this location...

This is a process but it worked for me:
You can follow these steps for one folder or go here to make sure your folder is shared with Everyone
1.Right click on the folder that you can't access and click share with >specific people
2. Click add and then enter Everyone for a user name
3. Click read permissions where it says read to read/write
4. Click share, click done

1. Right click properties on the folder you can't access
2. Click advanced.
3. Click change owner
4. Type Everyone for the owner and select owner reset to full control.
5. close properties
6. Then click on the save file box and choose the default folder you want to save to in the open dialog box.
With a new owner with full control of everything and sharing it should work if you followed this completely. Worked for me. *Shock

 

Win 10 Says I don't have permission to save in this location

I upgraded to Windows 10. Each time I want to save as or Copying files (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) etc. to various file locations on my computer I am receiving error messages indicating that "You don't
have permission to save to this location Contact the administrator to obtain permission.

Now I am the administrator a single user on my Desk top and have not changed any permission setting. This is puzzling and frustrating. I need to get this resolved quickly.

CAN ANY ONE SHOW VERY EASY STEPS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE
