Windows 10: needs to restart evertime after opening to connect to the devises

I am using windows11. Everyday when I open my laptop , I cannot see the bluetooth option in the toggle bar. Neither my bluetooth keyboard can connect nor my mouse! If I try to connect them externally via USB ports, I still can't. I have to restart the computer , using touchpad/keypad, to get these devises connected and for these to appear in the toggle bar. This is irritating. I dont want to restart every damn time after I close. Can someone help?

hi all, i also having this problem on my nokia asha 200,

let's see how i solve the problem

• no problem until steps
• phone restarst and here comes the prob
• go to connectivity and change you usb cable connection *on the connectivity* to nokia suite,
• everytime restart, evertime you'll need to do it

Good morning my friends, I have a slight problem. everytime i try and download a good or something, i push install and a screen pops up asking to which devise do i wnt ion and shows a list of my devises except the one im on.... how do i change that?? thank
