Windows 10: Nero Burning ROM

Hi
I have a problem, when I burn in UDF the program crashes and the message appears UDF1_DVD DOESNT ANSWER restoring the default settings it works for some time then the problem returns.
I tried to reinstall, clean the registry, use the Nero clean tools and change the Nero version but the problem persists, I thought it was the PCI SATA card but the problem there is only Nero and not with for example Ashampoo although I don't really know if it's burning in UDF
Some idea?

Nero burning rom 7.1

I am running windows 10 and have installed an older version of Nero Burning Rom, 7.1 back in April and everything was working fine. Now in the last week when building a "playlist" of music to burn to CD you dragged the music from the browser on the right
to the "play list" on the left and only the title of the song appears in the "play list" and not the artist. When you print the play list only the title prints. Any ideas?

 

Nero Burning ROM question

I have Nero 8 Ultra and Nero 9. In both, I use Nero Express for most burning. The only time I use Nero Burning ROM is when burning Windows boot CDs/DVDs for slipstreams.


You can selectively install components on Nero 8 and Nero 9. For instance, my server has Nero 8 installed but only Nero Express and Nero Burning ROM (all I do on there is burn disks). My other desktop has Nero 9 with the full installation (Vision, PhotoSnap, etc.) because I do video and photo editing on that computer. Nero Scout is the only thing I'd consider "bloatware" and I think it is finally optional in Nero 9 (don't quote me on that).

  Did you make any changes to the pc prior to this issue?
  

Some problems can be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select Sign out. Once you’ve signed out, sign back in to your account.

If you have made any recent changes on the pc then suggest you to restore the PC to a previous date when it was working fine to check if that helps.

Follow these steps:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “rstrui” and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select the desired restore point and proceed with the restore.
  

Important: System Restore will not revert any of the non-system files like documents, email, music, etc. to a previous state. These types files are completely unaffected by System Restore. If your intention with this tool was
to recover a deleted non-system file, try using a file recovery program instead of System Restore.
