    Nero problem


    After upgrading to win 10 my nero video (2015 platinum) stopped working and i could not install the additional apps from Nero.
    It would not install microsoft VC redidistributional 2012 (x86) after several tries without sucess i downloaded the file from microsoft, reinstalled nero and all is fine now.
    Anyone else had this problem?.

    Feature update to Windows 10, version 1709 fails to install saying must remove Nero software

    I have the same problem. Ran this tool. It said: "No Nero products detected or nothing selected for clean. Exiting Nero General CleanTool."

    The problem isn't with Nero, the problem is with Microsoft Windows.
