Windows 10: NET 4.8 won't install

Discus and support NET 4.8 won't install in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I've tried for days to install NET 4.8, with NO luck!     NET 4.8 won't install


    I've tried for days to install NET 4.8, with NO luck! Tried using Windows update error code 800705770, and just downloading the file from Microsoft. Nothing will work. Windows 8.1 operating system.I really need this file to install very badly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not sure what topic to post this in. If it's wrong, please inform me.Thank you.

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    • Are you also having issues installing updates on your computer?
    • What happened when you tried to download and install .NET Framework 3.5?
    • Does the issue happens on a different user account?
