Windows 10: .NET Error 0x00007b

Discus and support .NET Error 0x00007b in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I reset my Win10 and after that, I try to run The Sim 4 to my wife, but have error 0x00007b I seach and says is .NET error.     .NET Error 0x00007b


    I reset my Win10 and after that, I try to run The Sim 4 to my wife, but have error 0x00007b
    I seach and says is .NET error.
    I follow youtube videos to change some .dll, bit nothing works.
    I install lastest version, reboot, uninstall .net and reinstall and error still happens.
    Someone can help me please?

    Error while initialzing applications(0x00007b)

    Whenever I initiate the software Nitro Pro 9 the software shows this error:

    The application was unable to start properly(0x00007b).Please click OK to exit the program.

    Please help ASAP.

    I think that reinstall the windows 10 and install again maybe the problem fix
