    so i have an app Spark 4 for gta 4 that i need to open. when i click the app, it says this app needs this feature:

    When i click install this happens:

    i tried the offline installer but it doesnt work. please help.

    I have also tried the control panel: turn windows features on and off, but when i click .NET Framework 3.5, and i click ok, it just says that not all features are changed like this:

    .NET Franework 3.5 including .NET 2.0 AND 3.0 Needed

    I tried downloading it and it gives me this message:
    .NET Framework 3.5 Includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0 not installing error: 0x800040005 [​IMG]

    I'm not really good with pc's so please dont make it to complicated *Biggrin

    Error 0*800736B3 while installing .net framework 3.5

    I can not install .net framework 3.5 in windows 10. This error appear when I am installing it. "Error 0*800736B3 " Please help me.
