Windows 10: Net Framework 4.8 update catalog

Hello,
I cannot remember if I sent this several days ago. If this was sent and I send it here again, then I ask your forgiveness. First made a search in this forum and did not find my question, so here I send it. And again, if once posted, I apologize.

Looking in the MS update catalog found a recent update KB4515842, it updates NET Framework 4.8.Searching the net what is NET framework, do I need it, what versions are installed on the system.Followed instructions on this site:"https://www.askvg.com/what-is-microsoft-net-framework-download-links-for-all-versions-inside/"First it says which versions are installed on each windows version. I started with 1709, then upgraded to 1803 (intennd to upgrade to 1809), and on that site above there is a list what is intalled on each version,(attached screenshot "About NET Framework.jpg).On my curent system are installed as on attached screenshot "NET Framework Installed.jpg".So am I missing something, install the versions as on that list ?Answers will be appreciated.Thanks

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to un-check and recheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series from Windows features.

Try the following steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
• Type Appwiz.cpl and select "turn Windows feature on or off" from the left
• Uncheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer
• Repeat step 1 and 2 and check .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer.

have MSI Notebook, problem is

System.MissingFieldException: Field not found: 'WPFOSD.GraphicsSwitchWnd.VGAType'.

at MSI.SCM.SCMII.WMIEventMath(Int32 WMIEvent), after i make something by S-BAR buttons like adding volume or something like that.

I have the same problem and I have a MSI GS70 Notebook, I key is pressed(Fn+volume up key) this problem come to my display. Please help me.
