Windows 10: .NET framework clr error: 80004005 then complete;y unusable

I have been having issues with all razer softwares on my desktop. when ever i try to download them or run them i get "clr error: 80004005". trying to solve this myself i found several microsoft forums saying to delete and reinstall the .NET framework of an earlier version. well after several hours of trying to do so i was able to remove it from the programs folder and tried to reinstall from microsoft's website, however microsoft's installer believes the framework to still be intact even though every application that relies on it now no longer function what so ever. please help, i do not want to rebuild this computer because one program doesn't do anything it was supposed to do.

clr error 80004005

After installing Windows 10 update on July 13 2017. I get the follow error when running several 3rd party apps.

CLR error: 80004005.

The program will now terminate.

All the information I can gather point to it being a .NET Framework issue.

Fatal Error CLR Error 80004005 This Program Will Now Terminate

My desktop recently crashed and ever since then I now get these popups for various apps installed on my computer saying "Fatal Error CLR Error 80004005 This Program Will Now Terminate" and I am unable to use many of my apps because of this. I searched my
problem and tried reinstalling .NET framework from the Microsoft downloads page but since I have upgraded to Windows 10 and .NET framework is already integrated into Windows 10, every time I attempt to download the latest version of .NET Framework I get a
blocking issue reading "The .NET Framework 4.6 redistributable does not apply to this operating system."

I've tried other ways to supposedly fix this issue and nothing has worked.

 

CLR error: 80004005

I am running Windows 10 and, when trying to install ufile 2017, I’m getting the CLR error: 80004005 The program will now terminate. About 6 months ago, I started getting this message when powering up the computer but it didn't impact any of the programs
that I was using. Anyone know how to fix this?
