    .Net Framework v4.8 downloads are signed with expired certificates


    While trying to install .Net Framework 4.8 on a Windows 7 computer I get this message:The reason I can see is the the available installers have an expired digital signature certificate and wont allow to be installed.Certificate expired december 2 - 2021.I require the offline runtime installer but all .Net framework installers still in support seem to be signed with the same expired certificate.Tested 4.6.2, 4.7.2, 4.8One thing that hints towards this is that I can install the latest .Net 6 runtime just fine which have an updated certificate.Things I have confirmed:System requirements validSe

    .Net Framework v4 client

    Is it ok to uninstall .Net Framework v4 client from windows 10? If so then how would I go about doing this. There is no entry in Programs and Features to uninstall this. There are registry entries for both v4 and v4.0 client. Is there an automated way to
    do this?

    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    I suggest you to un-check and recheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series from Windows features.

    Try the following steps:

    • Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
    • Type Appwiz.cpl and select "turn Windows feature on or off" from the left
    • Uncheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
    • Restart the computer
    • Repeat step 1 and 2 and check .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
    • Restart the computer.

    no, problem is still actual for me.

    have MSI Notebook, problem is

    System.MissingFieldException: Field not found: 'WPFOSD.GraphicsSwitchWnd.VGAType'.

    at MSI.SCM.SCMII.WMIEventMath(Int32 WMIEvent), after i make something by S-BAR buttons like adding volume or something like that.
