Windows 10: NET HELPMSG 2182

Greetings,


I'm having issues with this error that persists across multiple clean installations of windows 10. This issue was discovered when I attemped to load a game license that my girlfriend bought for me. The tech support for that game was wholly inadequate, and ultimately gave up trying to help. Repeated messages line by line, as if from a script.


After the third fresh installation of windows 10, I'm coming here first for assistance. I have run windows update, it registers no additional updates at this time.


I have run the troubleshooting cab and it returns NET HELPMSG 2182

message, but evidently is unable to fix it.


I am open to any and all suggestions, short of: Windows Repair, Reinstalling Windows 10. There will not be a fourth reset.


I am using an up-to-date windows 10 package sourced from microsoft to install w10; OS Build 18363.836.

my laptop screen turns blue with an error message of NET HELPMSG 2182.

I was able to fix the last error code by uninstalling update but this time it will not allow me to.

I need help

I am getting different codes each time.

first one was NET Helpmsg and now I am getting MEMORY MANAGEMENT and yet I have half available, so that is clearly not the case here.

I am so frustrated with all this geek stuff and for some of us that are not able to do this, it baffles me

I need clear steps to fix this please.
