NET HELPMSG 2182

my laptop screen turns blue with an error message of NET HELPMSG 2182.

I was able to fix the last error code by uninstalling update but this time it will not allow me to.

I need help

I am getting different codes each time.

first one was NET Helpmsg and now I am getting MEMORY MANAGEMENT and yet I have half available, so that is clearly not the case here.

I am so frustrated with all this geek stuff and for some of us that are not able to do this, it baffles me

I need clear steps to fix this please.

I tried the above posted fix but received the following at the end of the process:

The Background Intelligent Transfer Service service could not be started.

A service specific error occurred: 2147943479.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3547.

When I typed NET HELPMSG 3547, the result was: "A service specific error occurred: ***."
