Windows 10: .NET Runtime Error 1026, Application crashes immediately.

Hello,I am trying to open a program, but it crashes immediately. I contacted the customer service and after they checked the event viewer, they told me that it crashed due to a .Net framework. It worked perfectly fine just a few weeks ago, so I suspect it may be due to a recent update. I also tried in clean boot. The problem is still over there.

Please HELP to resolve the following issue, This week my PC (workshop) was upgraded to windows 10. Upon doing this, some of my work programs (USB CAMRA) started getting a .net runtime error 1026, The error gives "Close Programs"
notification and Terminate All running programs and my working Programs is not able to run again, and this happening 5 times a day, my pc only has me as the only user and I am the administrator of the pc, All of hardware Drivers
updated.

This started happening following the update.
