Windows 10: .NET Runtime Error and Application Error

We are trying to open Aspen Plus but it crashes immediately. We have done clean installs of Aspen Plus and removed and reinstalled Net runtime. Microsoft Report Builder .NET Runtime error

I have a problem with the program Microsoft Report Builder. Basically when I try to launch it, nothing happen.

I also tried to uninstall and reinstall it without success. Until a few months ago it started without problems.

Checking in the Event Viewer of Windows I have this two errors:

The exception information points to System.AccessViolationException.

It looks like the functional source code in the Bluebeam application is having some code permission issues when accessing the .NET Framework.

This is just my personal understanding, not necessarily correct, you don't have to refer to it completely.

If the problem is with .NET itself, you can try the tools mentioned in the link below.

If the tool doesn't work, you may need to consult a more experienced specialist.
