Reinstall network devices using netcfg –d command

After trying just about everything I could find to fix networking since 1511 update I found a help page at Microsoft.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/w...nection-issues

Scroll down to step 6. Reinstall network devices using netcfg –d command

Notice that you must be running the 1511 update.

It helped with one of my computers, but the others are still network only when they feel like it.

  3. Issue with Network after netcfg -d command

    Hi all

I have the following issue. I try to remove Hyper-V from the my Laptop and because of not success on this point, I found a suggestion to use netcfg -d and after reboot all should work correct.

But after the restart my Network Adapters are with Warnings signs under Device manager and not present under Network and Connections.

I try to re-install, update drivers, but Intel ProWin return me that could not find Adapters.

If I try to Update Drivers Windows return Error - Microsoft found the correct driver for your device, but could not install it due to timeout expire.

    I try sfc /scannow

dism /online ………/restorehealth but no success

The network Adapters are only visiable with Warnings under the device manager, not present under Networking

I try to check registry according several other posts but, could not manage until now to up the Adapters

    Laptop is HP elitebook 8470w

    Please, any suggestions
