Windows 10: NetFilersSDK windows defender problem

I had some problems with my windows defender saying there are threats in NetFilersSDK so i did a check on virustotal and it said there were some viruses so what should i do should i quarantine it or should i just delete it and if i delete it will it cause some problems??I am using windows 10 64-bit.This problem started just an hour ago.Also normally i am using mcafee but today my subscription ended.

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.
