Windows 10: Netflix and Amazon Prime don't function anymore since last Windows Update

Since Windows has updated to KB5028166 OS Builds 19044.3208 and 19045.3208, I cannot watch videos on Netflix and Amazon Prime anymore. As soon as I start a movie on one of these two services, the screen turns black and my Denon Denon AV Receiver AVR-S660H displays the message "Your TV does not support HDCP 2.2". If I turn the AV receiver completely off and on again, the video will play however.I am using an Intel® NUC NUC8i3BEK2 and it does not have HDCP 2.2 support. HDCP 2.2. is specificely for UHD or 4K video. However, I am just streaming videos in simple HD format. Therefore this erro

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now my Netflix and Amazon Prime movies do not work for me.

You can also watch Netflix movies and Amazon Prime movies using the Xbox App.

Streaming Netflix or Amazon Prime showing only a green screen

I followed the steps but got to message that my device (a new Acer laptop) was up to date. Was no choice offered to update drivers. Not sure what to try next. It seems to have something to do with this being a new laptop.

Have also tried uninstalling/reinstalling both Netflix and Amazon Prime apps.
