Windows 10: Netflix and Sky emails not displaying pictures/links

I have windows 10 and run my hotmail account off the windows mail app. No matter what I do I cannot get sky or netflix emails to display properly. I have read countless messages posted here and have taken all the steps needed to get them to display. I have automatically download external images and style formats for S/MIME mail checked. They display correctly on my iphone just not on the windows mail app, which is becoming really annoying. Surely there must be an answer to this..Tidgh

Netflix now on SKY Q boxes

Hi folks

SKY Q customers can get NETFLIX now 100% LEGALLY on SKY Q boxes including miniboxes -- this saves having to mess about with laptops / tablets / casting from phones / using roku and amazon fire TV boxes. I'm all in favour of minimizing boxes and dongles attached to TV sets.

No extra cost if you already have a NETFLIX subscription --just login as usual --same interface etc. A lot more convenient (I have 3 SKY Q miniboxes and a mail SKY Q box). I find also much better response than from smart TV with NETFLIX app built in - usually slow and cumbersome, and no LAN connections. (Also SKY Q boxes can be recordable too).

A bit fiddly to set up on the mini boxes -- just google for it but worth it.

Netflix

There could be a number of factors as to why you are having issues launching the Netflix app. This could be caused by a software conflict or due to an issue with the application itself.

I suggest that you reset your Netflix application by following the steps provided below:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Advanced options.
  
• Click Reset.

If the issue persists, you can consider uninstalling and reinstalling the device. To uninstall, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Uninstall.

There's a possibility that the firewall or antivirus software on your computer is blocking the access to Netflix, we suggest disabling it first before connecting to Netflix. Follow these steps:

• Close the Netflix app.
• Turn off the firewall and antivirus software on your computer.
• Now, launch the Netflix app.
• Once it's connected to Netflix, turn back on the firewall and antivirus software on your computer.
• You should be able to access Netflix now.
