Windows 10: NETGEAR Nighthawk A7000 adapters

Goog morning, after yesterday's update 11/22/2024 my two NETGEAR Nighthawk A7000 adapters on two diffferent PCs stopped working correctly. They no longer amplify the WiFi signals. Through Microsoft Support, I have tried to solve the problem, reinstalling Win11, but the procedure was not successful. Can someone of you here help me solve the problem? The two adapters cost me 130 euros...

New Netgear AC1900 A7000 Network adapter randomely (but frequently) gets extremely high ping and makes my internet run terribly.

I just recently got this new network adapter from Netgear (A7000) and upon plugging it in, it has made my wifi run terrible. I downloaded all drivers and software and it is relatively close to my router. I do not know how to fix this and would like help
please! (P.S I got this adapter from amazon and it came with no receipt, which means I cannot talk to Netgear's support.)
