Windows 10: Netplwz not available on pc

So on May 18 I updated to Windows 11 using Windows Installation Assistant *from Microsoft Website https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 * I wanted to turn off auto login I do not set a password because i am not on a pc network I found a way to do it but it uses netplwz when i tried running it using win + R and windows search but it did not work help please PC : Optiplex 3060 OS : Windows 11 Pro Version : 23H2Edit : Did I misspell netplwz when searching?

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
