Windows 10: Network Adapter Disappear and PC Freezes intermittently

Hello guys. I have this problem for a while now. My pc randomly loses internet connection, and then it starts to freeze for about 3 seconds every 15 seconds until I shut it down or restart it. When I look at the adapter settings...it's not there. My network card is nowhere to be found when this issue is triggered. The problem is also not fixed by simply restarting it. I can restart or shutdown it several times, and the problem may persist. If you restart it or turn it off enough times, it fixes itself. Method 1: Network troubleshooting

• • • On the search bar type “Troubleshooting”
    • Click on “Network and Internet”
    • Click on “Network Adapter” and run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Download and install the latest firmware updates for the Network adapter

Follow these steps to un-install the drivers:

• On the search bar type “ Device Manager”
• On the left pane locate “Network Adapter” and expand by clicking on it
• Right on the “ Network driver” option and click “Uninstall’
• Download the latest Wireless network adapter driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.

Let's work on this together. Have you restarted your device since then? This should reinstall the network adapters automatically. If it didn't, let's perform the Network reset.
It removes any network adapters you have installed and the settings for them. After your PC restarts, any network adapters are reinstalled, and the settings for them are set to the defaults.
Follow these steps:

• Go to Settings > Network & Internet >
  Status > Network reset.
• On the Network reset screen, select Reset now > Yes.
• Wait for your PC to restart and see if that fixes the problem.

As you facing issues accessing the internet connection, do let us know if you have tried all the troubleshooting steps being provided in the link given by
Akheel Ahmed on November 16, 2015.

Also, I suggest you to use different adapter and check if the issue persists.

As a work around, I suggest you to Run Network Adapter troubleshooter

Network Adapter troubleshooter find and fix the problems with wireless and other Network Adapter.

  Troubleshooter and hit Enter.

• 
  Click on Network Adapter Troubleshooter.
  
• 
  Select “Advance” and click on “Run as Administrator”.
