Windows 10: Network Adapter Driver Missing/Can't swap out of S mode

My network adapter is missing does not show up in device mgr. I've downloaded the proper driver from another laptop and put on a USB, but because my laptop is in S-Mode, I cannot install it. I cannot turn off S-Mode because I cannot connect to the store with internet. Is there a way to manually turn off S-Mode without internet access?Tech info:HP PavilionOS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home in S modeVersion: 10.0.19043

  Select View All on the top left corner.

Step 2: Install the driver in compatibility mode

Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows.

Follow the below steps:

• Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select
  Properties.
• Select Compatibility tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select
  previous the version of Windows (Windows 8) from the drop down list.
• Let the driver install and then check the functionality.

Safe Mode with Networking - No network - No WiFi adapter...

I'm not sure what build they made the change in . I have tried every suggestion I found and nothing worked. When in Safe Mode my wireless network doesn't even show up so I can't choose it as a option.

Edit: I just tried booting into Safe Mode. The network icon had a X in it. When I clicked on it the only option was Airplane Mode.
