Windows 10: Network adapter not working after update

When I used the "Restart now" button to apply the latest update, my network adapter straight up doesn't appear and I cannot connect to WiFi. I do not have the update that would normally be associated with network problems (KB4515384), but I need to know which update(s) I should uninstall and not just uninstall them all. My PC is in warranty, so I can replace it, but still...

• Download the latest Wireless network adapter driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.

After the update my network adapters not working.

You may try these steps and check the status:

  Run the Network Troubleshooter and restart the computer to check if this helps.

  You may try a different network adapter/connection type if possible.

  Further you may also check for Windows Updates with a wired net connection and check for updated drivers for the network adapter.
  

You will be able to solve some problems by running a troubleshooter that will automatically fix some common issues with Windows Update.

Open the Network troubleshooter by following these steps:

Click on “Network Adapter” troubleshooter to fix problems with

Step 1: Update network adapter driver from the device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand the Network adapters from the options.
• Right click on the wireless network card and select Update option.
• Restart the computer and check if the changes are effective.

Step 2: If the issue persist, I suggest you to uninstall the network adapter driver from the device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand the Network adapters from the options.
• Right click on the wireless network card and select Uninstall.
• Restart the computer for automatic installation of network adapters and check if the changes are effective.
