Windows 10: Network Adapter settings for lower ping and faster network speed / better performance

Im tech savy and i like to optimize my performance in everything . Just wondering what would be the best settings that are ADVANCED that i could do to lower ping and get a faster connection / better performance from my network adapter . The settings ive stumbled upon are here and i want to know what each of them do and whatt i can tweak . EnableEDT , GPPSW , PowerDownPll , PPSW , HwAutoloadMedia , number of rss queues , transmit and receieve buffers , disable PBA , ENPW Mode . What do each of these do and what are the best settings for each of them . I have a Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller

Method 1: Network troubleshooting

• • • On the search bar type “Troubleshooting”
    • Click on “Network and Internet”
    • Click on “Network Adapter” and run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Download and install the latest firmware updates for the Network adapter

Follow these steps to un-install the drivers:

• On the search bar type “ Device Manager”
• On the left pane locate “Network Adapter” and expand by clicking on it
• Right on the “ Network driver” option and click “Uninstall’
• Download the latest Wireless network adapter driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.

Let's work on this together. Have you restarted your device since then? This should reinstall the network adapters automatically. If it didn't, let's perform the Network reset.
It removes any network adapters you have installed and the settings for them. After your PC restarts, any network adapters are reinstalled, and the settings for them are set to the defaults.
Follow these steps:

• Go to Settings > Network & Internet >
  Status > Network reset.
• On the Network reset screen, select Reset now > Yes.
• Wait for your PC to restart and see if that fixes the problem.

I Need to Let My 5.8GHz Network Adapter to Go Faster

You can set network adapter to specific setup, which can yield some performance gain, but first educate yourself about settings, see bellow 2 links for description of adapter settings:

Next step is to configure your router to optimal settings, unfortunately I don't have general links for this, so if you have specific questions feel free to ask.

Note that even if you perfectly set up everything it will still not be faster than what you are paying to ISP. so don't get your hopes to high.
