Windows 10: Network Adapters "Diagnose This Connection" or "Validate" Still Not Working

In the "Network and Sharing Center" in "Control Panel" that when you click on "Change Adapter Settings" to display all adapters on your system in the "Network Connections" page and then click on an Adapter in question then click on the "Diagnose This Connection" from the menu at the top of the page see red box you get the below error:Now I was told that this was a known problem with the trouble shooting wizard and was due to Cumulative Update KB5014697 or KB5014699 which I had installed KB5014699 since it came to my HP Omen and the problem was being worked on. Well tonight I installed Cumul

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter when you switch from WiFi to Ethernet connection. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems including clearing the network cache to obtain a new
IP from the new network. Kindly follow the steps below:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Identify and repair network problems, and then select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.

Can't connect to a network.
