Windows 10: Network adapters won't start on new PC

I recently got a new to me PC from a friend, and I can't get it to connect to the internet. It has a Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller network adapter for ethernet connection that will not work. I believe it is either an outdated or missing driving but I'm not sure how to determine what drivers are the issue. I get the following errors when looking at the Events log in Device Managerevice PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_7A381462&REV_15\6&970b1e8&0&0020020B was configured.Driver Name: oem2.infClass Guid: {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}Driver Date: 11/28/2024Driver

Method 1: Network troubleshooting

• • • On the search bar type “Troubleshooting”
    • Click on “Network and Internet”
    • Click on “Network Adapter” and run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Download and install the latest firmware updates for the Network adapter

Follow these steps to un-install the drivers:

• On the search bar type “ Device Manager”
• On the left pane locate “Network Adapter” and expand by clicking on it
• Right on the “ Network driver” option and click “Uninstall’
• Download the latest Wireless network adapter driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.

Issues with network adapters

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter when you switch from WiFi to Ethernet connection. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems including clearing the network cache to obtain a new
IP from the new network. Kindly follow the steps below:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Identify and repair network problems, and then select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

We recommend that you try the steps on the Update the network adapter driver,
Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands, and Use network reset to reinstall network devices sections.

N97 Bluetooth disappeared, won´t start again

Today without any reason the Bluetooth disappeared, and it won´t start anymore from the connections menu. Any clue where to start looking. Software V20, and no new update available.
