Windows 10: Network adaptors code 56 error, HELP !!!!

Long story short I had to check if an laptop is wroking or has hdd problems so I used my windows 10 hdd. After it booted on the laptop (probably install drivers for everything on it) I took it out and put it back on my pc, from then on all my network adaptors went full on dead and I get this error, even when I try to reinstall drivers either it gives me an error when installing or gets stuck and does nothing for well minutes cause when it got close to an hour I just aborted !!! I have 3 network adaptors: one that is on bored on the mobo, one that is a gigabit and is inserted in a pci-e slot and a usb wifi adaptor, all of them are dead and have the same error !

You may follow the steps provided below and check if it helps to resolve the issue

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter

Method 2: Try updating the latest Network Adapter drivers from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

  Follow the steps to update the Network Adapter drivers:
  
• 
  Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Network Adapter.
  
• 
  Right-click on the Ethernet and click on Update driver software.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check.
  

For games I suggest you to disable the proxy settings and then try to download the games.

Network PC Win10 1903 issue Error Code 0x80070035

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.
