Windows 10: network adpter fenvi ac 12000

my bluetooth is not working i dowloaded the drivers reinsstaled the windows and the windows does not recgnoze the adapter

Diante solver my problem have done it all the network adpter Just vanish from device manager and i have to reinstall manualy cause Windows do not recoginise it then reinstall driver and appears error 31. then isso turn the computar off and few hours later
it reappears. so isso cant install Nothing that require restarting the computer

 

New Fenvi wireless ac 9560 adapter not showing up in Device Manager

Hello,

i have a new computer build with an ASRock x570 Steel Legend motherboard. I tried installing a Fenvi wireless AC 9560 adapter but when I looked for the adapter in my Device Manager nothing showed up.

I went to the Intel website and installed the drives and nothing came up.

I tried removing the chip (hardware) and putting it back in and nothing.

I tried selecting “show hidden devices” and that didn’t work.

I tried “scan for hardware changes” and nothing.

Does anyone have any solutions to this?
