    Network and Graphic cards not showing up after after reinstalling windows


    Hello, after reinstalling Windows, I suddenly had no WI-FI, I checked the device manager to see if there's any problem with drivers but I found out that network card just went missing. It's just didn't showed up, same as the graphics card, instead 6 unknown devices appeared. I assume these unknown devices are in fact missing cards but I can't do anything about it. I already tried updating drivers, factor reset of windows, tried changing settings in BIOS but nothing worked. I also tried viewing hidden devices and it didn't worked either. Due to the lack of internet, my options are limited, plea
