Windows 10: network change has been detected

For the past several day, at times, i'm gettng "network change has been detected" when i'm connecting to a website. It pauses for barely a second and then connects, most ot the time. i ran the troubleshooter on my network settngs and nothing odd or dysfunctional came up ALL my Dell drivers and updates are current.I did put on a MS update the other day. I believe it was this one https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/december-10-2024-kb5048652-os-builds-19044-5247-and-19045-5247-454fbd4c-0723-449e-915b-8515ab41f8e3is that relevant?What could be going on and what should I do?

In the mean time, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter to diagnose and fix network problems. Refer to the steps below:

• Click on Start.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Network & Internet.
• Under Change your network settings, click on Network troubleshooter.

Windows could not automatically detect this network’s proxy settings

Hi - Just so you know, I'm marking this "problem solved". I found this online How to Solve the Windows Could Not Automatically Detect Network Proxy Settings Error. Doing the last step under #2 is what solved the problem. McAvee is still scanning incoming. McAvee & Malwarebytes still show no problems with a full scan. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
