Windows 10: Network connection for some programs mainly microsoft products not working

so I've had a rough couple of days trying to get my laptop up and running again.It started with a crash on every bootup of my computer with a blue screen and a DPC watchdog violation. Took a while until I figured out that it happened every time it connected to a specific WIFI. After probably dozens of crashes and a system restore to about a week ago the problem persisted, plus the new network problem that I'm trying to solve now. Updating the WIFI driver seemed to fix the constant crashing when connecting to that wifi. So much to the things that lead to this problem just in case it helps.B

I'm online from my wifi laptop but can't connect to my home network

Nope, I've tried all the steps of all the fixes listed by Dalchina and Try3 but the problem still exists. The W10 laptop refuses to access my main W7 pc (named CG16) on my home network, although it can 'see' it, ie, it shows CG16 in the network list.
The only thing I haven't tried is Dalchina's suggestion about creating a shortcut, mainly because I'm not sure where this shortcut is supposed to be. I'm assuming it has to be on the W10 laptop but I don't understand how it could work. More info please, Dalchina, if you'd be so kind.

Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.
