Windows 10: Network Data Usage Doesn't Show .... Blessed be the name of MS

Discus and support Network Data Usage Doesn't Show .... Blessed be the name of MS in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; On one of our computers Win 10 home 64 bit, the Network data usage shows "0" while the other 3 (home and pro 32 & 64) all show fine.     Network Data Usage Doesn't Show .... Blessed be the name of MS


    On one of our computers Win 10 home 64 bit, the Network data usage shows "0" while the other 3 (home and pro 32 & 64) all show fine. I only noticed it because the router shows that unit acting as a black hole for data usage even if it sits idle a good part of the day. The P2P updating is turned off as well as app updating and performance reporting.
    Any ideas would be appreciated. Tks.

    BTW This is on hard wired LAN not WiFi and administrator account can do nothing either.

    Today, none of our computers show Network data usage. All show 0 for the last 30 days. Aren't auto updates great !
    The good MS gives and the good MS takes away. Blessed be the name of MS.

    Data usage not tallying with the actual usage of data when checked on Windows 10.

    checking app history under metered network (and just "network") shows a total of less than 1gb usage where my total under data usage in network settings shows 8.8gb. so that does not tell me anything about what is eating up network data.

    detailed data usage under data usage for wifi shows less than 4gb while the total is 8.8gb.

    I see no option for "data usage settings" only "storage settings"

    Checking data usage (only mobile net) on Lumia 550

    on my phone, each "show details" section (mobile data or wifi) on the data usage page will show details of the usage for mobile data
    or wifi. (separate pages for each). I can't see what you say you're seeing.

    Can you share a screenshot of the pages you're looking at?

    Settings / network&wireless / data usage

    There are two "usage details" links. one shows mobile data, the other wifi data.

    Under Settings > Network & Internet, it should be showing in Data Usage.

    Yes it does as I indicated in my first post and the value after 3 weeks is "0" (ZERO) . Under useage details it says
    System 0 and no other app useages are shown.

    You need to make sure that it is net set as a Public Network and that the networking device is not set as a Metered connection. Anything else, we would need more info on the hardware you have that you are running 10 on.
