Windows 10: Network disconnecting and being slow

PC age: approx. 2 yearsFor the past year or so my computer has been acting weird, and it has gotten worse since december. Not sure if it's a virus related issue, or something else, as I am quite a newbie at tech stuff.Symptoms:1. Disconnects from wifi 95% of these occourences happends repeatetly at Windows startup. It generally works once I've been on the PC for 10 mins or so without it having problems.2. About 10 times as slow download speed as other devices at same location. The upload speed is fine, and the ping is mostly fine as well, although using Ethernet would probably solve the some

firstly many thanks for taking the time to reply. I have done as suggested and performed a clean boot. After the computer restated the network was working for about a couple of minutes before disappearing. I'm not sure what the next step should be as it would seem that none of the non-essential services is causing the problem.

Hi Experts,

I have Dell Latitude e6540 with Windows 10 (1903) is creating an issue.

When I am working on the browser on any other activity my internet connection is broken however Wireless connection is showing remains connected but i am out of the network so I need to click on disconnect and again connect and it works fine.

I have tried the below troubleshooting steps.

When the issue occurred I tried to ping 8.8.8.8 its answer is request time out
When the issue occurred I tried to ping 192.168.1.1 (my local router IP) its answer is request time out
Already have up to dated available Wireless LAN drivers
Test on two different Wireless routers
