Windows 10: Network disconnection again and again.

Vansh here. I need a bit of help. My PC, since it has come from physical repair (Windows 10 was also reinstalled from the backup point, by the way), has been facing a lot of connectivity issues, as soon as I connect to the internet, it disconnects. If I try connecting to the wifi and click on the 'connect' option, it displays, "Can't connect to the network". I always have to troubleshoot it, through the PC and this whole process starts again after a few minutes when I'm suddenly disconnected again. I'm also attaching a link to a video recording of the problem (Please click on this hyperlink). I'm sure would help to understand my problem. Tried using 'Get Help', had a chat with an Agent, he tried solving it twice, it gets fixed, as soon as I disconnect from him, hell breaks loose. Network Drivers have been checked several times, there is no issue with them, except sometimes when the internet does not connect even after troubleshooting, an exclamation mark is followed by the name of the wireless adapter network driver. I'm pretty sure as soon as I'll finish typing this and try to send it, I'll have to connect again. Please help me solve this issue. That would be very helpful.

PS:

I've noted that the network mostly disconnects when I've been changing web-pages, applications (Whatsapp, Instagram, etc.) and it always does when I switch to Chrome or any of the web-browsers, but chrome especially.

Network Disconnects in standby

Hmmm i've tried that it didn't seem to work still disconnected the network =\ and yeah im on xp

 

Can't remove disconnected (ghost) network device

Thanks for the suggestion, but it can't remove the NIC:




It's the only Intel I219-V that shows up in the device list of the DeviceCleaner program (it shows only non-present devices as I understand). Otherwise, the tool works - I found a ghost replica of the integrated GPU (Intel HD 530) and could remove it. Only the NIC gives this error message on removal, which is probably the reason I can't remove it the normal way through the device manager.

At this point, I suggest you to disable the power management option for the network adapter and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Please follow the below suggested steps and check if it helps.

• Right click on the Start Menu and select Device Manager from the menu to change the .
• Next, to disable the setting for power management settings, expand Network Adapters, right-click on the adapter, click
  Properties, click the Power Management tab, and then clear the
  Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box.
