Windows 10: Network does not appear on Network & Internet list

Hi,I have recently changed to another internet provider now T-Mobile. The new router is the speedport smart 4 plus. I have been able to connect smartphones, tablets and 2 HP laptops to the network. The issue is that I cannot connect my pc to the network due to it not being shown on the list of networks in the network and Internet settings. Please consider that other networks are shown in the list and can be connected to. The pc only has internet access to the router if connected to it with an ethernet cable. Upon analyzing the details you have provided, kindly run the
Network and Internet Troubleshooter
and check if there's any changes. To run the
troubleshooter,
follow these steps:

  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Choose
  Network and Internet.

  Run the following

    Internet Connections.

    Network Adapter.

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
