Windows 10: Network driver error

I was just on my laptop and boom internet goes out. However, it's still functioning on my phone. I do research and realize the driver isn't running. I go to the details tab and see problem code 00000000. But that's also the config flags. I currently don't have any other networks to connect to, so what should I do? I know I will later, but is it a network problem or a driver problem? Can I fix it?

This could be due to incompatibility of the network adapter. Please try the suggestions below and check.

Step 1: I would suggest you to run Internet Connection troubleshooter.

Internet Connection troubleshooter.

• Press “Windows key + W” and type “troubleshooting”.
• Select “Troubleshooting”.
• Select “View all” on the top left corner.
• Click “Network & Internet”.
• Click on “Internet Connections”
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Step 2: Update the network adapter

a. Press Windows key + X and click Device Manager

b. Expand Network adapter

c. Right click the driver and click Update driver software

Step 3: Update the network adapter from the computer manufacturer's support website and check.

• Once you're done, restart your device.

If the issue still persists, follow the steps below:

To do this, follow these steps:

• Expand Network adapters.
• Double-click on the device, and then click the Driver tab.
• Click Uninstall, then OK.

Download and install the latest version of network adapter driver on the manufacturer's website.

Network PC Win10 1903 issue Error Code 0x80070035

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.
