Windows 10: Network Driver

I am having problems connecting to the internet. I recently found out that some of my network adapters are not connected to the computer "Code 45". I tried some solutions offered online like running the Windows Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter, run System File Checker and Check Disk in the command prompt, run the Deployment Image Servicing and Management, but none of those works. I also seek for a driver update, yet it says I have the latest version of the driver. I ended, uninstalling one of the disfunctional network adapter and scan for hardware changes and restart the device, but it doesn't reinstall my driver. What can I do to reinstall my driver manually since the computer failed to do so?

This could be due to incompatibility of the network adapter. Please try the suggestions below and check.

Step 1: I would suggest you to run Internet Connection troubleshooter.

Internet Connection troubleshooter.

• Press “Windows key + W” and type “troubleshooting”.
• Select “Troubleshooting”.
• Select “View all” on the top left corner.
• Click “Network & Internet”.
• Click on “Internet Connections”
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Step 2: Update the network adapter

a. Press Windows key + X and click Device Manager

b. Expand Network adapter

c. Right click the driver and click Update driver software

Step 3: Update the network adapter from the computer manufacturer's support website and check.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the hardware troubleshooter as below and check if it helps.

• Type in search bar as control panel.
• Then select troubleshooting.
• Click on hardware and sound option.
• Then click on “hardware and devices “and follow the on screen instructions.

Method 2: I suggest you to uninstall the network drivers as below steps.

• Press Windows+X and select “Device manager”.
• Then expand the Network adapters.
• Right click on the driver and uninstall it.

And then go to the manufacturers website download the network drivers, install it and check if the issue persists.

Step 1: Initially, I suggest you to run Network Adapter troubleshooter.

  Press Windows key + X key and Select
  Control Panel

  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select View All on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Run Network Adapter troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: Install the driver in compatibility mode

Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows.

Follow the below steps:

• Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select
  Properties.
• Select Compatibility tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select
  previous the version of Windows (Windows 8) from the drop down list.
• Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
