Windows 10: Network drivers won’t work due to error code 56

My wifi and ethernet both have a error code 56 not sure how it happened as i dont have an vpn connections havent done any updates or anything ive tried to reset network, uninstall it then scan for hardware changes im really not sure what to do at this point i have no network on my at all and no way to install anything on it need help asap

Driver Error After a network Reset (Error Code 56)

Hello , i have done a network Reset and after the network reset i cant access or connect to the internet at all, i have a tp link usb adapter that was working fine and been working fine the whole time except after the reset, the router
is working fine cause my other devices are working well too, i open device manager and see a yellow triangle on the adapters i have with the error code 56, tried disabling and enabling them, then went to tp link website and downloaded their latest driver
for my adapter and installed it ( updated it) and the code is still there, nothing seems to work, i plugged an ethernet cable and it doesnt work as well, when i open ( change adapter settings ) it shows an empty folder, i have a video navigating through
what i said that i captured on my phone but i cant upload videos here, Anyone knows how to solve this ? i tried troubleshooting and it didnt work as well ofc

 

Code 56 on Every Device After Network Reset

Hello,

I recently bought a Panda PAU09 which should be Plug and Play but for reasons that I don't know it did not work so I searched the internet about it. I followed Microsoft's troubleshooting guide for network adapters but they did not work but broke my already
working Realtek RTL8723BE and Realtek Host Family Controller because of the last step, "Network Reset".

Now all of my network devices are outputting Code 56 (I don't remember the full error, sorry).

-I do not have any VPN software installed on my system.

-I've reinstalled all of the drivers.

-I've tried to restore the system but it gave an error. (0x8100204, but this is off topic)

-I am sure that the devices work.

My system runs on Windows 10 Pro

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Edit:

There are no devices on the Network and Sharing Center but there are a lot TAP/v9 adapters on Network Adapters in Windows 10 Settings, hope this helps.
