Windows 10: Network error in both google chrome and microsoft edge

I had a old alienwarew aurora pc which bought 3 years ago, recently, I noticed my google chrome and microsoft edge has low download speed compare to other application. For example, Download speed of Steam and MEGA can reach 60m/s, but chrome and edge will be limited to 2m/s, and I noticed that Edge would have about 10m/s in first 10 sec while downloading, after that, the speed will reduced into 2m/s, exact same as google chrome And I have a new laptop which bought in 2022 Sep, I tried to download exact same file from same website, by using same Wifi network, with all setting synced by googl

problem uninstalling google chrome

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
• Right click on them and select End Task.
• Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.

Getting error "A network change was detected. ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED" on Google Chrome with Windows 10

• How about accessing Internet on Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge?
• When you say restart, is it system restart or browser restart?

You can see this error when Network connection changes to other. I mean, when computer disconnects and reconnects to internet or connects to different network connection. Then browser will display this error message. Refreshing webpage will fix the issue.
